Software Business Development Manager
Position Description
CAE Associates is looking for a Business Development Manager to represent the ANSYS® suite of analysis & simulation software, along with associated engineering services.

- Organized to efficiently work a territory or group of accounts by managing a sales pipeline
- Effective at developing business relationships as a point of difference
- Willing and able to call on decision makers and steer the sales process toward a decision
To be considered for this job, candidates should also have these qualifications:
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with proven sales experience, MBA desirable.
- Proven track record of 3+ years software sales experience, preferably selling enterprise-wide engineering solutions.
- Knowledge of CAD/FEA/CFD industry preferred.
- Competency with standard business software programs and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel within the NY Metro Area in order to maximize on-site presence with new prospects and existing customers. Our office is located in Middlebury, CT.
