This one day course is designed to familiarize existing ANSYS Workbench users with the new features of the ANSYS version 12.1 release. This class is primarily hands-on, consisting mainly of live instructor demos and hands-on workshop problems.

- Using the v12 Project Schematic Page
- Using the v12 Engineering Data Page
- The v12 Parameter Manager
- Linked versus standalone analysis systems
- Sharing component applications
- Refresh and Update functions
- “Duplicating” models and environments in v12
- Importing a v11 model into v12
- Enhancements in DesignModeler
- Advanced Meshing tools introduced in ANSYS v12
- Converting your “classic” ANSYS database to Workbench using FE Modeler
- Mesh Morphing using FE Modeler

Seminars begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and finish at approximately 4:30 p.m. Please arrive by 8:15 a.m. We provide coffee & donuts in the morning & lunch. Seminar fee includes notes, & instruction. Please make your own travel arrangements.
