Introduction to ANSYS Part II (Traditional GUI)

Prerequisites B.S. in engineering or engineering experience. Students should be intermediate ANSYS users, and should have already attended Introduction to ANSYS Part I. Knowledge of finite element theory recommended.
Description
This two day course will teach students to use advanced modeling and analysis techniques. Students will learn to use advanced features such as:
- Coupling & Constraint Equations
- Working with Elements
- Beam Modeling
- Submodeling
- Modal Analysis
- Introduction to Nonlinear Analysis
- Intro to Contact Analysis
- Macro Basics and Array Parameters
General Information
Seminars begin promptly at 9 a.m. and finish at approximately 5 p.m. Please arrive by 8:45 a.m. We provide coffee & donuts in the morning & lunch. Seminar fee includes notes, color workshop manuals, & instruction. Please make your own travel arrangements.
