UsASME Industry Award Presented to CAE Associates
June 7, 2007LONG ISLAND, New York - June 7, 2007- Computer Aided Engineering Associates Inc. was the recipient of the ASME Long Island Chapter Industry Award for 2006-2007. The award honors CAE Associates' "Enthusiastic and Generous participation in the ASME Long Island Section's educational programs that have served to keep [its] members informed on current practices in computer aided engineering."

CAE Associates has regularly hosted seminars for the ASME Long Island chapter on a variety of topics, including ANSYS Updates, an introduction to Computational Fluid Dynamics, Using Finite Element Analysis to Develop Robust Designs, and Thermal Management of Electronics.
The ASME Industry Award is presented to a company that exemplifies its commitment to the enhancement of the engineering profession and provides exceptional support for the chapter's members. The award was last presented in 2002 to Northrop Grumman Corporation. Other recipients include Eaton Aerospace and EDO Corporation.
